In the event that we are unable to do so during this timeframe, we will contact you, the customer, to discuss the situation and potential paths forward. Shipping Information
The listed costs for shipping and handling are as follows;
We try our best to keep our freight charge minimal, however freight charges vary depending on the size and weight of the product.
Due to the nature of our products, which tend to be either fragile or bulky, we want to ensure your item is safely packaged, and delivered via a reliable courier service (see Delivery Information below)
We reserve the right to contact you, the customer, to discuss shipping and handling and possible excess charges in the event on unusual shipping addresses, such as rural addresses, or when there have been changes to the courier services that we engage with.

Delivery Information
For all of our shipping, we use the reliable and efficient Aramex courier service. When we have shipped your products to you, we will, in a timely manner, supply you to the email listed when purchasing, a tracking number which can be used to track the status of your delivery. This tracking number can be used on Aramex’s website here
For in-store pickup, we will begin this process as soon as we receive your order. We will contact you via the phone number or email address provided when the order is placed to notify you when your products are available to be collected from our physical store;
